Kirby brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the VinOak team and during the past 15 years has worked in wineries of all different shapes and sizes in the Clare, Hunter and Barossa Valley’s, McLaren Vale, Adelaide Hills, Tasmania and the UK.

Coming from a hospitality background, Kirby has also spent time with Wine Australia and a leading winery management SaaS platform which gives him a unique and well-rounded perspective on the industry.
